How do I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?

Acceptable forms of payment are debit cards and bank wire transfers.




How will my order be packaged?

Your jewellery will be packed in a gift box and a gift bag.




What are the delivery options?

All products are delivered using a trusted courier. Depending on the total value of the merchandise, we may use world class professional and secure transportation services such as Brink`s or Malca-Amit to deliver your gift. Special deliveries can also be arranged at selected airports offering safe VIP business services. Please note, we do not ship orders to post office boxes.




Can I return my product?

We accept returns for products that arrive damaged. Please contact us via email or phone within 3 days of delivery for a damaged product.




Do you use real diamonds?

We only sell natural diamonds from the smallest to the largest stones. All your diamonds, regardless of carat size, will go through labs in Antwerp to be guaranteed that they are natural. We guarantee the use of conflict-free diamonds from our trusted sources.
